1. Raw Material Processing Section: The Foundation of Quality
The meticulously selected raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation, including sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), form the building blocks of excellence.
This pivotal section focuses on the precise processing and strategic storage of essential raw materials, setting the stage for superior product quality.
2. Automated Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation: The Backbone of Production
& Seamless Circulation
This integral section forms the core of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring reliability and consistency.
Here, the robust steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for concrete plate production is crafted with precision, utilizing both manual and automated processes, along with the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: Precision in Formation
A core component for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring meticulous results.
Specifically designed for crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for concrete plates, this section combines manual and automatic mesh hanging with automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section: Sculpting Perfection
In this stage, the mold frame with the billet body is expertly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting for flawless product shaping.
The ground turning table completes the process by efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, maintaining sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section: Where Strength Meets Durability
Upon assembly, cakes are expertly conveyed into the tank for pressure maintenance through the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring integrity and resilience.
Once cured, the autoclave-finished products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart, seamlessly routed to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products: The Final Touch of Excellence
Classification & Packaging: Ensuring Quality and Order
Post-autoclaving, cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. Advanced packaging and conveying equipment ensure smooth transportation to the storage yard, completing the journey from raw material to finished excellence.
