AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials utilized in the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), each playing a pivotal role in ensuring superior quality.
This crucial section is dedicated to the thorough processing and strategic storage of raw materials, ensuring optimal preparation for subsequent manufacturing stages.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section stands as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, pivotal for achieving structural excellence.
This segment is responsible for the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes manual or automatic mesh suspension and sophisticated assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the epicenter for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, instrumental in setting the foundational strength.
This area is crucial for producing steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating manual or automatic mesh handling and the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, bearing the billet body, is deftly demudded by a precision crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous molding through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body completes its transformation as the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Once waste removal is accomplished, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, optimizing the production flow.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are smoothly transported into the autoclave for rigorous pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned before the autoclaves, ensuring durability.
The autoclave-cured products are adeptly extracted by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next phase.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed, then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, marking the culmination of a seamless production cycle.
