AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the dynamic world of autoclaved aerated concrete production, the foundation of our superior quality products lies in the meticulous selection and processing of premium raw materials. We utilize sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to craft our innovative AAC blocks and bricks, ensuring each component contributes to the unparalleled strength and durability of the final product.
This crucial phase is dedicated to the precise preparation and strategic storage of raw materials, setting the stage for flawless production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section forms the backbone of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab manufacturing process.
Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the integrity and stability of AAC plates. This stage involves both manual and automated hanging mesh processes, seamlessly integrated with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame to ensure efficiency and precision.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is a cornerstone of AAC slab production, where innovation meets precision.
It is vital for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates, utilizing both manual and automated hanging mesh techniques alongside an automatic assembly frame circulation system.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame, brimming with the billet body, is expertly released by the crane. The billet, coupled with the side plate, is carefully placed on the cutting car, where precision side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product into its final form.
The intricately cut billet is then maneuvered by the ground turning table to meticulously remove and recycle corner waste, maximizing resource efficiency.
Post-waste removal, the billet is elegantly marshaled by the marshalling crane onto the ferry car, ensuring seamless transition to the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the autoclave tank, where they undergo a carefully controlled pressure maintenance process facilitated by a sophisticated traction mechanism. This is aided by the ferry cart, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing, the ferry cart expertly extracts the fully cured products, transporting them to the next stage: the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved, steamed cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, and packed with precision. Our advanced packaging and conveying equipment then transport these expertly crafted products to the storage yard, ready for dispatch, ensuring they arrive at your site in pristine condition.
