1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste. These components are meticulously chosen to ensure high-quality outcomes.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of all raw materials, ensuring a seamless flow in the production line.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
As the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this crucial section ensures the seamless integration and automation of processes.
Here, the steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously fabricated. This includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, with a robust system for the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
Serving as a pivotal part of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section ensures optimal preparation for the subsequent stages.
This stage involves creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and ensuring the smooth automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is carefully demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product.
Post-cutting, the blank body is managed by a ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, readying it for the next production stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are systematically transferred into the tank for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and a ferry cart. This ensures uniform quality and structural integrity.
Once the autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart transports the products out of the autoclave to the finished product packaging section, preparing them for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard. This is facilitated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring the products are handled with care and efficiency.
