1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated concrete production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is crucial for the processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates is fabricated. It includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another core stage for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the concrete plates, manual (automatic) hanging of the mesh, and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's formation.
A ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste, completing the cut body.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized by a marshalling crane and a marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure curing by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Autoclave-cured products are pulled out and moved to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
