1. Raw Material Processing Section
The fundamental ingredients in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production include high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). This essential mixture forms the backbone of our premium AAC products.
This section is dedicated to the efficient processing and secure storage of these vital raw materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment stands at the heart of our production line, dedicated to the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section expertly handles the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the AAC plates. It encompasses both manual and automatic methods for mesh hanging and ensures a seamless, automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Also a core section, this area is crucial for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
The pouring and pre-curing section is essential for creating the steel mesh (mesh cage), managing manual (or automatic) mesh hanging, and facilitating the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes a meticulous demudding process using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on a cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles any corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and maximized efficiency.
Following waste removal, the blank body is organized and transported by the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying the product for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this phase, assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave tanks by a traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance for optimal curing.
Once cured, the finished autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the packaging section, ready for final preparation and distribution.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. Our advanced packaging and conveying equipment ensures they are safely transported to the storage yard, ready for dispatch.
