AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation production process commences with a blend of high-quality raw materials including sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the pivotal core in crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cages) is conducted, which are imperative for the structure of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves manual or automatic hanging of mesh and the smooth, automated circulation within the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another essential core area for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this segment, the essential steel mesh (or mesh cages) for concrete plates are fabricated. This involves manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and facilitates the seamless automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Within this section, the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is ingeniously demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, adorned with the side plate, is then adeptly placed onto a cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve cutting molding.
The cutting process is completed as the ground turning table skillfully removes and recycles the corner waste.
Following the meticulous waste removal, the blank body is managed with expertise by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this sophisticated section, the assembled cakes are carefully transported into the tank for maintained constant pressure by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products emerge from the autoclave, carried by the ferry cart, and are then transported with precision to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently conveyed to the storage yard by the adept packaging and conveying equipment, subsequent to their separation.
