Teeyer Whole Production Line,including 6 processing sections

1. Raw Material Processing Section

In this stage of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, essential raw materials, including sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), are meticulously prepared and processed.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of the raw materials, ensuring they meet the high quality standards required for AAC production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This pivotal section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, focusing on precision and efficiency.

Here, the essential steel mesh or cage needed for AAC plate production is fabricated through both manual and automatic processes, ensuring seamless integration and circulation within the assembly framework.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This is another crucial core section in the production line of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision pouring meets optimal pre-curing conditions.

This section facilitates the precise creation of steel mesh cages, essential for AAC plates, incorporating manual or automated hanging mesh and streamlined circulation within the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Billet-loaded mold frames undergo demudding using advanced crane systems. The billet, along with the side plate, is positioned on a cutting car, where state-of-the-art side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product's molding.

Sophisticated ground turning tables facilitate the removal and recycling of corner waste, optimizing resource efficiency.
Post-waste removal, the billet is expertly handled by marshalling cranes and ferry cars, ensuring a seamless transition to the next phase.

5. Autoclaving Section

Here, assembled cakes are strategically inserted into the autoclave for precision pressure maintenance. The process is seamlessly executed using a traction mechanism and ferry cart, emphasizing safety and accuracy.

Post-autoclave, the cured products are efficiently transported by ferry cart to the finished product packaging section, ensuring they are ready for market.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Following the autoclave process, products are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. The packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring they are ready for distribution.
