1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), the essential raw materials include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of all necessary raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
This critical section focuses on the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) is fabricated and handled, whether manually or automatically. It includes the automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and precision.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This area plays a vital role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is responsible for fabricating the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, managing manual (or automatic) mesh hanging, and ensuring the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Using a crane to turn the mold frame, the billet body is demolded and, along with the side plate, placed on the cutting car. Here, the product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The ground turning table aids in removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring a clean cut body.
Post waste removal, the blank body is efficiently handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Once cured in the autoclave, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, packing, and are then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
