1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This vital section manages the processing and storage of all raw materials efficiently.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core section dedicated to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It focuses on creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh handling and the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This key area is responsible for making steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual and automatic mesh handling and the efficient circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with billet body, is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts complete the product's molding.
The turning table removes and recycles corner waste, completing the cut body.
After removing waste, the blank body is finished by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are introduced into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart. Post-autoclaving, the cured products are pulled out and moved to the packaging section.
The autoclave-cured products are efficiently transported from the autoclave to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
