AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey to superior autoclaved aerated coagulation begins with a refined selection of raw materials, typically including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum in the form of powder or paste.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials, ensuring the highest quality for subsequent production stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This stage serves as the pivotal hub for creating world-class autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision and efficiency meet.
Designed to craft steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section facilitates both manual and automatic mesh hanging and ensures seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This step is the heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, incorporating sophisticated techniques for unparalleled results.
This crucial component is tasked with the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging, alongside flawless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this precise operation, the mold frame with the newly-formed billet is expertly demudded using a crane. Then, with finesse, the blank body and side plate are positioned onto the cutting car to undergo side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving perfect product formation.
The cut body is carefully processed by the ground turning table, which efficiently extracts and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is skillfully managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing the process with precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are gently guided into the autoclave for a state-of-the-art constant pressure curing process, facilitated by advanced traction mechanisms and ferry carts.
Upon completion of the curing process, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the autoclave-cured products, transporting them seamlessly to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging perfectly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed with precision to the storage yard, courtesy of advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
