1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is used for the meticulous processing and efficient storage of vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the heart of the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This part of the process involves crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the core for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Used for creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, encompassing manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is then processed by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles any corner waste efficiently.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car to complete the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transferred into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the precise traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclave, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
