1. Raw Material Processing Section

Our cutting-edge AAC production kicks off with the meticulous processing of essential raw materials. We utilize sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) to ensure superior quality.

This crucial section is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of all raw materials, setting the foundation for exceptional AAC block production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This pivotal section serves as the production heart for our autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where innovation meets precision.

Here, we craft the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for aerated concrete plates. Our system supports both manual and automatic mesh handling, ensuring seamless assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section is another cornerstone in our production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring optimal pre-curing conditions.

We meticulously create steel mesh (mesh cage) for concrete plates and facilitate both manual and automatic mesh handling, streamlining the assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

Our advanced cutting processes involve deftly demolding the billet body using a turning crane, then positioning it on a cutting car. The product achieves its final form through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.

A ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss during cutting.
Post-waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car expertly complete the blank body’s journey through the production cycle.

5. Autoclaving Section

Expertly assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, seamlessly operated by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart system.

Once autoclave curing is complete, products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the packaging section for finishing touches.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After achieving perfection in the autoclave, products are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying systems.
