AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the foundational stages of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we meticulously refine top-tier raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), setting the stage for superior product fabrication.
This essential section is expressly designed for the meticulous processing and strategic storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring the integrity and quality of the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the core of our operation, energizing the creation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched precision.
Here, we skillfully manufacture the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating both manual and automated hanging mesh methods, alongside a seamless automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the nucleus of our production process, essential for producing high-caliber autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this phase, we craft the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, complemented by the automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
During this stage, the mold-loaded billet body undergoes precise demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, stabilized by the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts define the final product's shape with precision.
The ground turning table plays a pivotal role in expertly removing and recycling corner waste, executing the cut body completion with finesse and efficiency.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring optimal processing and presentation.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision engineering, the assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave tanks by a dedicated traction mechanism and ferry cart, sustaining consistent pressure to achieve flawless results.
After curing, the autoclaved products are proficiently extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transferred to the finished product packaging section, ensuring quality and integrity.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a rigorous process of sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packaging. They are then transported to the storage yard, aided by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring top-notch handling and storage.

Our metal plate processing capabilities are reinforced by a robust 2000 tons hydraulic press. To ensure machining excellence, we employ Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a sophisticated horizontal machining center, all committed to precision and quality.
