AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The production of autoclaved aerated coagulation relies on a superior blend of raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This essential section handles the processing and storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of AAC slab production, this section stands pivotal for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this vital area, the production of steel mesh (mesh cages) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly conducted. It encompasses manual (automatic) hanging mesh and efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core element in the fabrication of AAC slabs, this section plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area specializes in producing the necessary steel mesh (mesh cages) for AAC plates, facilitating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with billet body, undergoes demudding via crane turning. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is placed on a cutting car to achieve precise product shaping through lateral, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Upon completion of the cut body, the transformation is executed by a ground turning table, which skillfully removes and recycles corner waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing the careful sequencing process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes journey into the tank, where they experience steady pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the adjacent ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclave, the products are gently extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the dedicated finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard by the adept packaging and conveying equipment.
