1. Raw Material Processing Section: The Foundation of Excellence
The journey of autoclaved aerated coagulation begins with the meticulous selection of raw materials. These include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the crucial additives of aluminum powder or paste, ensuring unparalleled quality in every AAC product.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the adept processing and storage of all essential raw materials, setting the stage for superior AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating: Crafting the Backbone of Durability
& Circulation: Seamless and Efficient
This section stands as the heart of AAC slab production, orchestrating the creation of robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
Here, the integral steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. This process includes both manual and automatic hanging of meshes and the seamless automation of the assembly frame's circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: Where Innovation Meets Form
This core section is the epicenter for the crafting of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring each slab meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
In this phase, the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates is meticulously assembled, incorporating both manual and automated processes for mesh hanging and the streamlined circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section: Precision at Every Slice
In this section, the mold frame housing the billet body is expertly demudded with the assistance of a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then placed on a cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect product molding.
Upon completion, the cut body is adeptly handled by the ground turning table, facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste.
Afterward, the blank body is collected by the marshalling crane and expertly organized by the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section: The Pinnacle of Pressure Perfection
In this stage, the assembled cakes are gracefully introduced into the autoclaving tank. Through the precise action of the traction mechanism and ferry cart, they undergo constant pressure maintenance, ensuring steadfast integrity and quality.
Post-curing, the resilient products are seamlessly extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart, moving them efficiently towards the final stage: finished product packaging.
6. Finished Products: The Culmination of Craftsmanship
Classification & Packaging: Elegance in Every Wrap
Once steamed to perfection, the products are expertly sorted, skillfully palletized, and carefully packed. They are then transported by advanced packaging and conveying systems to the storage yard, ready to meet the world.
