1. Raw Material Processing Section

The foundation of our AAC production lies in the meticulous processing of raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These essential ingredients are crucial to creating quality autoclaved aerated coagulation products.

In this pivotal section, raw materials are expertly processed and stored to ensure seamless production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

At the heart of our AAC production is the critical steel mesh fabrication section, vital for creating durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This state-of-the-art section crafts the indispensable steel meshes (mesh cages) for AAC plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging and a sophisticated circulation system for assembly frames.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

Another crucial section for AAC slab production, where precision in pouring and pre-curing sets the stage for quality outcomes.

This section ensures the precise creation of steel meshes needed for AAC plates, integrating manual and automated processes to streamline assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

Using advanced techniques, the mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded via crane turning. Subsequently, it is positioned on the cutting car where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product.

Our ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, completing the cutting process.
Post waste removal, the billet body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for further processing.

5. Autoclaving Section

Precision-engineered, the assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by an advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart system.

Post-curing, the robust autoclaved products are efficiently extracted and moved to the finished product packaging section by our ferry cart system.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The expertly steamed cakes are diligently sorted, palletized, and packed. Our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment ensures they are transported efficiently to the storage yard, ready for use.
