1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste, among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This is the pivotal section for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this phase, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, oversee manual (or automatic) mesh handling, and manage the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another crucial phase in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section involves the meticulous crafting of steel mesh (mesh cages) required for concrete plates, including both manual and automatic handling of the mesh, along with the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is then processed using a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is further handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After autoclave curing, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
