AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embark on a journey through the captivating process of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where the foundational ingredients include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting element of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is masterfully crafted for the thorough processing and optimal storage of these indispensable raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the vital core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a crucial section where creativity and accuracy harmoniously combine.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously crafted. This process encompasses seamless manual (or automatic) mesh management and a cutting-edge system for the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section, essential to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, is the domain where vision solidifies into palpable form.
In this lively setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is conducted with precision. It involves both manual and automated mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering finesse unfolds as the mold frame, cradling the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, paired with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve flawless molding.
The exquisite creation emerges as the cut body is expertly handled by the ground turning table to effectively eliminate and recycle corner waste, ensuring eco-friendliness.
After waste removal, the blank body is skillfully managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with finesse and expertise.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly guided into the tank for constant pressure sustenance, aided by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclaved products emerge victoriously, extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section, poised for their premiere.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a comprehensive process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transit to the storage yard. This entire operation is orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless journey from production to storage.
