AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The elemental components for the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (commonly derived from fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste, setting the stage for a robust foundation.
This crucial phase is dedicated to the meticulous handling and strategic storage of all essential raw materials, ensuring seamless integration into the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment stands at the core of the operation, playing a vital role in the creation of durable and resilient autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is pivotal for the formation of the steel mesh (or mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses both manual and automated mesh hanging, coupled with the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is integral to producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, with precise control over the process to ensure excellence.
This section focuses on the accurate creation of the steel mesh (mesh cage), crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, covering both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes demudding using a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are then placed on the cutting car, where they undergo a thorough cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to achieve the precise product shape desired.
The cycle is completed with the ground turning table, which aids in the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, maintaining efficiency.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is finalized with the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring an effortless transition to subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are expertly transported into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the precision-driven traction mechanism at the forefront and the efficient ferry cart preceding the autoclaves.
After autoclaving, the fully cured products are gently extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave undergo a thorough sorting process. They are then skillfully palletized, packed with precision, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, following efficient separation.
