1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This essential section handles the processing and storage of all raw materials required for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This section serves as the pivotal hub for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage involves the creation of steel meshes (mesh cages) essential for the AAC plates. It includes both manual and automatic mesh handling and circulates the assembly framework efficiently.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This critical phase is central to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the crafting of steel meshes (mesh cages) necessary for AAC plates, automatic and manual mesh handling, and the seamless circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame carrying the billet body is demoulded using a turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product shape.
The cutting process concludes with the ground turning table, which removes and recycles any corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet body is managed and transported by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packaged, and transported to the storage yard by specialized packaging and conveying equipment.
