1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section focuses on the meticulous processing and secure storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates is fabricated. The section also handles manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This is another core section dedicated to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates is created. It also manages manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Billet molds are demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The ground turning table completes the cutting by removing and recycling corner waste effectively.
Post waste removal, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and a ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclave, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packaged, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
