1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is used for processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Which is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's molding.
The cut body is refined using the ground turning table, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes are transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves, aided by the ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products are then taken out by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
