1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential elements used in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This pivotal section is specially designed for the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these foundational raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section plays a critical role.
It is dedicated to the precise creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging alongside the seamless circulation of the assembly framework.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another core element in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) crucially required for the plates is crafted, with options for manual or automatic hanging, complemented by the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, bearing the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on a cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete its precise molding.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table facilitates the removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring optimal material usage.
Following waste removal, the blank body is efficiently managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The carefully assembled cakes are transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart situated in front of the autoclaves, ensuring robustness and durability.
Post-curing, the autoclave-cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by highly efficient packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their destination in perfect condition.
