AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Embark on a journey into the heart of autoclaved aerated coagulation production where the magic begins. Here, we meticulously process top-tier raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring a foundation of excellence.
This crucial section is dedicated to the precise processing and systematic storage of our vital raw materials, laying the groundwork for exceptional quality in our products.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the beating heart of our operations, propelling the creation of premium-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that set industry standards.
Here, we masterfully craft the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves a perfect blend of manual and automated mesh hanging techniques, paired with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame for efficiency and precision.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core of our production process, essential for the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that exemplify quality and durability.
In this phase, we construct the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. We expertly combine manual and automated mesh hanging, coupled with the automatic circulation of assembly frames to ensure perfection at every step.
4. Cutting Section
In this pivotal stage, the mold-laden billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Here, meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product to perfection.
The ground turning table plays an instrumental role in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, culminating in the creation of a flawlessly cut product.
Following waste removal, the blank body undergoes precise handling by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results and seamless production.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unerring precision, the assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure for flawless, high-quality results.
Once the curing process is complete, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and effortlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring quality and efficiency.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. Our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring they reach their destination in perfect condition.
