AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the key raw materials that fuel this innovative process include sand (or its alternative, fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, all brought to life by the transformative power of aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.
This segment is artfully crafted to ensure meticulous processing and efficient storage of these essential raw materials, setting the foundation for exceptional AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the pulsating core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where groundbreaking innovation converges with meticulous precision.
In this pivotal arena, the steel mesh (mesh cage) critical for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is skillfully fabricated. The process masterfully integrates both seamless manual (or automated) mesh handling with a sophisticated system for the automated circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring flawless execution.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Within this essential section, the enchantment of production materializes into tangible form, crafting the foundation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this dynamic setting, the fabrication of the steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision. The process harmonizes manual and automatic mesh handling, augmented by the automated circulation of the assembly frame, transforming raw materials into precursors of excellence.
4. Cutting Section
This is where engineering finesse takes center stage as the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is expertly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Through meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, the product reaches perfect molding, exemplifying precision engineering.
The crafted masterpiece emerges as the cut body is deftly managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Post waste removal, the blank body is elegantly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this phase with unmatched finesse and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unwavering precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly ushered into the tank to maintain constant pressure, adeptly facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves for seamless operation.
The autoclave-cured products emerge victoriously, as the ferry cart seamlessly transports them to the finished product packaging section, ready for their market debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and are then efficiently transported to the storage yard. This journey is flawlessly orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless transition from production to storage, setting the stage for distribution.
