AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Our innovative production line starts with the premium selection of raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation. We meticulously choose sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) to ensure quality.
This crucial segment is dedicated to the efficient processing and secure storage of the finest raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this core area is where the magic happens.
In this pivotal section, we precisely fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Our process includes both manual and advanced automatic hanging mesh, complemented by a seamless automatic circulation assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section lies at the heart of producing top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, essential steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication takes place, coupled with manual (automatic) mesh hanging and sophisticated automatic circulation within the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
With precision, the mold frame loaded with billet body undergoes demudding via the turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is expertly maneuvered onto the cutting car, achieving product perfection through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is processed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling any corner waste.
Post waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body process with flawless execution.
5. Autoclaving Section
With relentless precision, assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance facilitated by a traction mechanism and the proficient ferry cart.
Once the curing process concludes, the ferry cart extracts the autoclave-treated products, seamlessly transitioning them to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The expertly steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, undergoing thorough sorting, palletizing, and packing. This ensures they are ready for transport to the storage yard, all managed by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
