1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is essential for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section crucial for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring optimal pre-curing conditions.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing, readying it for the next stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring uniform curing.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach customers in perfect condition.
