AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential ingredients-sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste)-are skillfully processed and transformed to lay the foundation for superior quality products.
This vital section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of the raw materials, ensuring a seamless production journey.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the beating heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, orchestrating the creation of robust frameworks.
Here, intricate steel mesh (or mesh cage) is meticulously crafted, with manual or automatic mesh hanging, complemented by a smooth assembly frame circulation, to ensure uncompromised quality in autoclaved aerated concrete plates.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is the core section crucial for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, a stage where precision meets innovation.
Vital for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this stage involves the precise creation of steel mesh (or mesh cage), manual or automatic mesh hanging, and the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes a transformative journey via the turning crane. It is placed on a cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts meticulously shape the product to perfection.
This expertly honed process involves the removal and recycling of corner waste, achieved through the ground-turning table.
Once waste is expertly removed, the blank body is artfully completed through the synchronized efforts of the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The traction mechanism ahead of the autoclaves, accompanied by the ferry cart, diligently transports assembled cakes into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, ensuring optimal curing.
Products, now flawlessly cured in the autoclave, are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the final product packaging section, ready to meet the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous sorting, palletizing, packing, and transportation process to the storage yard, facilitated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment that guarantee efficiency and quality.
