1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the sophisticated world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we expertly handle top-tier raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) with meticulous precision.
This crucial section is devoted to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of our premium raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section functions as the vital core of our operation, propelling the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and reliability.
In this pivotal stage, we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates with masterful expertise, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, alongside a smooth and efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the heart of our production line, crucial in the creation of top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. It embodies precision and innovation.
Here, we meticulously fashion the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing a blend of manual and automatic mesh hanging, paired with the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. Supported by the side plate, the blank body is placed on the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product with unmatched precision.
The ground turning table plays an essential role in skillfully removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring the cut body is completed with an immaculate finish.
Following waste removal, the blank body undergoes precise handling by the marshalling crane and ferry car, optimizing the results for superior quality.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure to achieve flawless and consistent results.
After curing, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section, showcasing seamless integration and innovation.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then effortlessly transported to the storage yard, all enhanced by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring unrivaled efficiency and quality.
