1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring the highest quality for subsequent production stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision and automation are paramount.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously crafted. It involves both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is also pivotal for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precise pouring and pre-curing processes.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) is crafted for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, involving both manual and automated mesh hanging, as well as the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Using a turning crane, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product is precisely cut horizontally, vertically, and along the sides, achieving its final shape.
The ground turning table completes the cutting process by removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
After waste removal, the billet body is organized and moved by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, preparing it for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully sent into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclave.
Once cured, the autoclave-hardened products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported efficiently to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed-out cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. Then, utilizing advanced packaging and conveying equipment, they are transported to the storage yard, ready for dispatch.
