AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the foundation lies in a finely curated mix of premium raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the transformative power of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among other key ingredients.
This section is masterfully crafted to ensure meticulous processing and efficient storage of these indispensable raw materials, setting the stage for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the dynamic core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a pivotal area where groundbreaking innovation merges with relentless precision.
In this space, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. The process encompasses seamless manual (or automatic) mesh management coupled with a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the crucible of transformation, where the ethereal processes of production become solidified reality.
Within this energetic environment, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision. It involves both manual and automatic mesh management, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering mastery unfolds as the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is deftly handled by a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are placed on the cutting car for intricate side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve impeccable molding.
The final masterpiece rises as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, promoting sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is elegantly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, completing this stage with finesse and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With impeccable precision, the assembled cakes are gently ushered into the tank for continuous pressure maintenance, expertly facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Cured with perfection, the autoclave-treated products emerge victoriously, gently extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, poised for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes embark on a meticulous journey of sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then smoothly transported to the storage yard, orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless transition from production to storage.
