AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Delve into the intricate and essential world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production. Here, we meticulously handle the processing of premium raw ingredients, including high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, as well as aluminum powder or paste.
This foundational section is pivotal, dedicated to the accurate processing and systematic storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring every component is prepared to perfection.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the heart of our production line, where the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs begins.
In this area, we skillfully construct the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. We blend both manual and automated mesh hanging techniques with the seamless and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section serves as the core of our production, pivotal in the creation of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing a mix of manual and automatic mesh hanging methods, coupled with the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
During this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. Supported by the side plate, the blank body is positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are made to shape the final product.
The ground turning table is crucial in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, thus completing the cut body with utmost precision and finesse.
Following waste removal, the blank body undergoes precise handling by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car to ensure optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unrivaled precision, the assembled cakes are expertly guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure for impeccable results.
Once cured to perfection, the autoclaved products are deftly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging triumphantly from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then expertly transported to the storage yard, facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment.
