AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Our premier AAC production begins with meticulously selected raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These ingredients form the foundation of our high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete.
This crucial section is dedicated to the seamless processing and storage of essential raw materials, ensuring optimal conditions for subsequent production stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of our operation, driving the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and efficiency.
Crafted with precision, this area focuses on the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), integral for the structural integrity of AAC plates. It embodies both manual and automated processes, ensuring flawless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is the nerve center of our operation, where the transformation into autoclaved aerated concrete slabs reaches its peak.
It is instrumental in forming the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, featuring both manual and automated mesh handling and assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The innovative mold frame process involves a crane-assisted demudding, followed by strategic placement on cutting cars. Here, precision cutting—side, horizontal, and vertical—brings our products to their final form.
Upon cutting completion, the ground turning table expertly removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainable practices.
With waste expertly removed, the marshalling crane and ferry car come into play, completing the blank body for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
Ingeniously assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave, where they undergo transformational constant pressure maintenance, thanks to the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclave, our cured products are seamlessly extracted and ushered to the finished product packaging section, all facilitated by our efficient ferry cart system.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed to perfection, our cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing. They're then expertly transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready to meet customer needs.
