1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This vital section handles the processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is central to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is dedicated to fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, and facilitates both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is pivotal in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is utilized for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demoulded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, and the product is shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is completed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart preceding it.
The autoclave-cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard via packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
