1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated concrete production include premium sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This vital section manages the processing and storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
& Circulation
This is the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.
This section is dedicated to crafting the steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for the concrete plates. It includes both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
The pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area focuses on creating the steel mesh (mesh cages) needed for the concrete plates, featuring both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body is de-molded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, accomplishing side, horizontal, and vertical cutting for product formation.
After cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles the corner waste effectively.
Post waste removal, the blank body is completed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
