1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the thrilling realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production where basic elements like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, combined with the magical aluminum powder (aluminum paste), set the stage for innovation.
This section is expertly crafted for the precise processing and proficient storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring the utmost quality from the start.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge technology and meticulous craftsmanship converge for superior results.
Within this hub, the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is skillfully fabricated. Enjoy seamless integration with both manual and automated mesh handling, alongside an advanced assembly frame circulation system.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial segment transforms potential into reality, turning raw materials into substantial, tangible outcomes with precision.
In this dynamic arena, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication happens with precision, embracing both manual and automated handling, enhanced by the assembly frame's automated circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this realm of engineering finesse, the mold frame cradling the billet body is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body rests on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve perfected molding.
The masterpiece is revealed as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and reclaiming corner waste, upholding sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and ferry car, concluding this stage with elegance.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, assembled cakes are seamlessly guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, aided by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, strategically placed before the autoclaves.
Triumphant autoclave-cured products emerge, drawn out by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the final product packaging section, poised for their grand unveiling.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Fresh from the autoclave, the cakes embark on a thorough journey of sorting, palletizing, packing, and expedient transport to the storage yard. This is masterfully managed by cutting-edge packaging and conveying systems, ensuring a seamless transition from production to storage.
