1. Raw Material Processing Section
In this phase, essential raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production, such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), are meticulously processed and prepared.
This section specializes in the efficient processing and systematic storage of raw materials, setting the foundation for high-quality AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of AAC slab production, where precision and automation come together seamlessly.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC slabs is expertly fabricated. It encompasses manual or automatic mesh hanging and ensures smooth, automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This pivotal section is integral to the AAC slab production process, ensuring each slab meets rigorous standards.
In this stage, steel mesh (mesh cage) preparation is crucial, involving manual or automatic mesh hanging and the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Using a precision crane, the mold frame with the billet body is de-molded and placed on the cutting car. The product undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve exact specifications.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and environmental responsibility.
Once the waste is removed, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body's preparation for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this stage, assembled cakes are introduced into the autoclave tanks for precise pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Upon completion of autoclave curing, the ferry cart extracts the products, readying them for the final packaging phase.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. Utilizing advanced packaging and conveying equipment, the finished products are then transported to the storage yard, ready for dispatch.
