AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the sophisticated process of autoclaved aerated coagulation production. Here, we expertly handle a selection of high-caliber raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring exceptional quality at every step.
This essential section is devoted to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring a foundation of excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the operational core, facilitating the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and unmatched reliability.
In this vital stage, we skillfully produce the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Our process seamlessly integrates both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, alongside an impeccably smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the epicenter of production, crucial for the creation of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring consistency and excellence.
We craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our concrete plates here, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging. The process is enhanced by the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frames, ensuring efficiency and precision.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. Supported by a side plate, the blank body is carefully positioned on the cutting car. Here, with precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, we craft the perfectly shaped final product.
The ground turning table plays an essential role in removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cut body with unmatched precision and care.
Following the waste removal, the blank body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results and efficiency.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully moved into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure for unparalleled results.
Once the curing process is complete, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transitioned to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a sophisticated process of sorting, palletizing, and careful packing. They are then transported to the storage yard, all executed with our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless journey from production to storage.
