1. Raw Material Processing Section
The primary ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this stage, the required steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, including manual (or automatic) mesh handling and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another core part of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production process.
It involves making the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for these concrete plates, with options for manual or automatic mesh handling and automated frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, which completes the product shaping through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The ground turning table then removes and recycles any corner waste from the cut body.
After waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclave.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are removed by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and transportation equipment after separation.
