AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the natural harmony of sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) is essential.
This vital step involves meticulously processing and securely storing our pristine raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section forms the heart of our production, where autoclaved aerated concrete slabs come to life.
Essential for creating structural integrity, this section efficiently crafts the steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed, utilizing both manual and automated systems for seamless mesh placement and frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is crucial for the birth of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, laying the foundation for excellence.
Here, the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) is crafted with precision, featuring manual and automatic mesh handling, along with seamless frame assembly circulation.
4. Cutting Section
With finesse, the mold frame, embraced by the billet body, undergoes demudding by the turning crane. It is then gracefully placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts bring the product to its final form.
Through ground turning tables, the completed cut body is delicately relieved of corner waste, ensuring pristine quality.
Post waste removal, the blank body is impeccably organized by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ready for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
In a carefully orchestrated sequence, assembled cakes journey into the tank, where they are nurtured under constant pressure by a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Upon achieving perfection, the autoclave-cured products emerge, courtesy of the ferry cart, and are transported with care to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Having been beautifully steamed and perfected, the cakes are expertly sorted, gracefully palletized, and elegantly packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
