AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey towards producing autoclaved aerated coagulation marvels begins with the meticulous processing of essential raw materials, such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This pivotal section is dedicated to the precise processing and safe storage of these indispensable raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab creation, this section stands paramount in the production process.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) critical for crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly made. It features manual (automatic) hanging mesh operations, coupled with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section doesn’t just form the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production; it sets the stage for excellence.
It ensures the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the construction of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this innovative section, the mold frame, once filled with the billet body, undergoes precise de-mudding via a turning crane. The blank body, in concert with the side plate, is meticulously placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
The cut body undergoes refinement via the ground turning table, ensuring the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next production stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this stage, assembled cakes are smoothly guided into the autoclave via a traction mechanism for precision pressure maintenance, ensuring optimal curing.
Post-curing, the autoclave ferry cart deftly extracts the mature products, transporting them to the final packaging section, primed for completion.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Having emerged from the autoclave's embrace, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and impeccably packed. The seamless transportation to the storage yard marks the final touch, completed by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
