1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste), among others-each selected for optimal performance and quality.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials, ensuring each ingredient is perfectly prepared for the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation Section
This section is the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision and efficiency converge to create superior products.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly fabricated. It includes both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. Precision pouring and controlled pre-curing set the stage for the final product's strength and durability.
This section ensures the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes precise demudding by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car. The product's shape is perfected through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
After cutting, the blank body is handled by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling any corner waste.
Post waste removal, the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car finalize the blank body's preparation.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are precisely guided into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart. This ensures the cakes achieve perfect curing.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart extracts the products, transporting them to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging Section
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring each product meets the highest standards.
