1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated concrete production include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste. These materials are meticulously processed to ensure the highest quality of finished AAC products.
This section focuses on the precise processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring a streamlined start to the AAC production process.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the pivotal section for creating robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cages) essential for AAC slabs are fabricated. The process includes manual or automatic mesh handling and the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section remains critical for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, setting the foundation for subsequent stages.
It involves the meticulous creation of steel mesh, essential for AAC slabs, along with efficient manual or automatic mesh handling and assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is placed on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve the final product shape.
Post-cutting, the cut body is processed using a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring readiness for the next phase.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled AAC cakes are carefully transferred into the autoclave tanks by a traction mechanism and ferry cart for constant pressure maintenance, ensuring optimal curing conditions.
Post-autoclave curing, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section for final processing.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for distribution.
