AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Our AAC block production begins with the meticulous processing of essential raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), setting the foundation for superior quality.
This vital segment specializes in processing and storing the raw materials, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for the next stages of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring seamless integration of technology and efficiency.
Here, we craft the crucial steel mesh or mesh cage required for concrete slabs. This section excels in both manual and automatic hanging of mesh and provides a smooth, automatic circulation for the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is the soul of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, optimizing processes for unparalleled slab integrity.
Essential for crafting the requisite steel mesh or mesh cages, this part efficiently handles both manual and automatic mesh hanging, accompanied by flawless automatic frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Our cutting phase begins with the demudding of the mold frame using a crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then expertly placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting into its final shape.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table ensures the removal and recycling of corner waste, maintaining environmental responsibility.
Once waste is cleared, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the handling of the blank body, ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
Our assembled cakes enter the autoclave for precise constant pressure maintenance, guided by an advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart for optimal results.
Post-curing, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the newly cured products, readying them for seamless transition to the finished product packaging area.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the finished cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard, facilitated by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
