AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients for crafting autoclaved aerated coagulation include premium sand, typically derived from fly ash, alongside lime, cement, gypsum, and specialized aluminum powder or paste.
This crucial phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all essential raw materials, ensuring optimal conditions for subsequent production stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment forms the core of the manufacturing process, playing a vital role in crafting resilient autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This essential segment focuses on creating the robust steel mesh, or cage, necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It seamlessly integrates both manual and automated mesh hanging with the precise automatic circulation of the assembly framework.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a pivotal stage in the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision pouring and thorough pre-curing are emphasized.
This section focuses on the precise fabrication of the steel mesh cage vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, combining manual or automatic mesh hanging with efficient automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame bearing the billet body undergoes careful demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, coupled with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car for comprehensive cutting—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—achieving the precise product shape desired.
The cutting process concludes with the ground turning table, skillfully facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly finalized using a marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring a seamless transition to subsequent production phases.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are transported with precision into the autoclave tank. Here, they undergo sustained pressure maintenance, driven by a precision mechanism that fronts the autoclaves and is supported by an efficient ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the expertly cured products are effortlessly extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, ensuring quality and integrity.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave undergo a meticulous sorting process. They are then palletized, carefully packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, following efficient separation procedures.
