1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste among others, ensuring a strong and durable final product.
This section handles the processing and storage of raw materials, setting the stage for high-quality AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and precision.
It focuses on creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC slabs, including manual or automatic mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial section is dedicated to the formation and initial hardening of AAC slabs.
It prepares the steel mesh for AAC slabs, managing both manual and automatic hanging and assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is further processed by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles corner waste efficiently.
After waste removal, the blank body undergoes final processing by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are removed and transported to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
