AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials in the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section lies at the heart of producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area specializes in crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual (automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This integral section is a cornerstone in the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area is dedicated to the creation of vital steel mesh (mesh cage), required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, ensuring manual (automatic) mesh hanging and smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The crane-turned mold frame laden with the billet body undergoes demudding. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned onto the cutting car, achieving product molding through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The ground turning table efficiently completes the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is deftly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless progression.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are delivered into the autoclave for sustained pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned ahead.
Once cured in the autoclave, the finished products are skillfully extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then transported to the storage yard by sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment, following careful separation.
