AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for creating premium autoclaved aerated concrete products include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This integral section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of raw materials, ensuring quality and efficiency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section fortifies the entire manufacturing process with its pivotal role.
In this segment, robust steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. It features both manual and automatic hanging mesh options, along with an innovative automatic circulation of the assembly frame, optimizing productivity.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital area forms the nucleus of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring seamless integration into the overall process.
It is employed for the fabrication of essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh and an efficient circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes demudding by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is skillfully positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product to perfection.
The completion of the cut body is expertly handled by the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, promoting sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is adeptly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring smooth transition to the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The ensemble of assembled cakes is seamlessly transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance, utilizing the traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, readying them for the marketplace.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes, having been skillfully separated, are sorted, palletized, and elegantly packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution.
