1. Raw Material Processing Section
The quintessential raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section ensures the precise processing and meticulous storage of these vital raw materials, setting the foundation for superior AAC products.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
The linchpin section for crafting premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this segment, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates is fabricated. It seamlessly integrates both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and an efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A critical section paramount for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This part encompasses the fabrication of the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, including both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame containing the billet body is demolded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is accurately placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body undergoes final processing handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
After the autoclaving process, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
This ensures a streamlined and efficient approach to handling the final AAC products.
